We use the latest laser measuring devices to ensure an accurate survey of your property. Photos are taken throughout and Land Registry searches provided to ensure we have all the information required to produce your drawings ready for Planning Applications.
Your measured survey will be transferred to AutoCad to provide crisp, accurate drawings which will obtain Planning Approval. Our engineers will then provide the structural calculations and layout ready for Building Control. Once approved these plans will be ready for your chosen team on site to build from.
If you have Party Wall matters to address within your project, we can give advice in order for you to reach an agreement under the Party Wall etc, Act 1996.
